Introduction

The Income Collection Team is part of the Benefits Section, within the Financial Services Department, and is based at Colonnades House on Duke Street Doncaster.

We are responsible for the collection of income from people who are receiving permanent care arranged by Doncaster Council. Doncaster Council looks at the income, including the pensions and state benefits, each resident receives and any other assets they may own, to establish how much, if anything, they should contribute towards the cost of their care. It is the job of the Financial Assessments to raise accounts to collect this income.

You should contact the Financial Assessment Team if you have any queries concerning the calculation of the bill you have received, or if you are having any difficulty in arranging the payment of your bills. If you have been waiting for a bill and have not received one, you should also contact this section. For details of how to contact us please see the webpage How to contact us.

We welcome all comments and suggestions about our service and (although it is not always possible to implement them) we will use your comments to help us improve our service to you.

You can e-mail any comments you may have using the email address or postal address shown in the contact details above. (Please state that you are commenting about the Income Collection service).
