The service is provided by three specialist teams which are Human Resources, Organisational Development and Policy, Performance and Change.

Access to People and Performance Improvement Services
Customers telephoning for Human Resources should use a dedicated line called Human Resources Direct. Customers who wish to meet for face-to-face advice or discuss issues with a consultant, should telephone Human Resources Direct and an advisor will make arrangements.
People and Performance Improvement services can also be accessed online using the links below. This will enable employees to view information and use forms to notify HR Operations promptly of changes required to update records relating to salary/wage payments, personal data and employment contract details.
