Doncaster - Bennetthorpe Conservation Area was designated on 20th May 1977 and lies adjacent to three other conservation areas, these are Doncaster - Christchurch, Doncaster - South Parade and Doncaster - Town Field.
An appraisal was undertaken on the conservation area which was adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance on 30th March 2004, this can be downloaded below.
It is expected that this appraisal will be reviewed in 2009.
