Applications normally take between 7 and 9 weeks to determine. However it should be noted that more complicated applications may take longer than 8 weeks.

If any of the above are missing or any other information is required, we will write to you or your agent detailing what is required. Your application cannot be processed unless all of the necessary information has been provided.
On the day that we receive a fully completed application form, it will be considered valid and will be registered into our computer system. On this date the 8 weeks in which we will aim to make a decision on your application will begin.
