The Unitary Development Plan (UDP)
Since the publication of the UDP Issues and Directions Report the Council has decided to prepare its development plans using the Local Development Framework (LDF) approach enshrined in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The responses to the UDP Issues and Directions Reports are incorporated in the LDF. The LDF documents and processes are described on the LDF web page and comments on the future of Doncaster borough should be forwarded through the LDF process.
