To contact any of the planning officers it would be best if you firstly rang one of our Planning Assistants on:
(01302) 734876, 734871 or 735015
This is because the planners do spend a number of hours in the day away from their desks, they could be either on site visits, developer meetings or pre-application discussions.
E-mailing the planner
We are moving to a time when electronic methods of communication are being used more and more. A larger amount of people have the internet so we would like more correspondence by this method. We have a space on some application forms where you can add an e-mail address, please advise us if you would prefer this method of communication.
If you have a letter from the planner dealing with your application, in the top right hand corner will be the contact details. E-mailing any details/requests to them will make it easier for the planner to respond back to you by e-mail.
If you do not know a planner's e-mail address, please phone one of the Planning Assistants on the above numbers.
