How do I make a complaint?

You should be aware that all of your personal details will only be used confidentially. They are required so that that we can keep you informed of what action (if any action is required) will be taken.

You may write to the Enforcement Section or speak to an officer over the telephone. If you prefer you can call at the office to speak to someone in person about the matter, or send an e-mail or fax. Alternatively, you can fill in the on-line form below

In order to progress your complaint quickly we require certain basic details from you which will enable us to complete a complaint form and deal with your complaint efficiently and effectively.
