Annual Monitoring Report

The Council is required to keep the Local Development Framework (LDF) and the preparation process under review, and to produce and publish an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) that will consider:

• Actual plan progress against targets and milestones set out in the Local Development Scheme
  
• The effectiveness of the planning policies set out in the Local Development Documents
  
• Progress against identified targets, including progress towards the delivery of the housing requirement
