If a copy document revealed in connection with a registered local land charge is required please put your request in writing to this Section, together with a cheque/postal order/cash for the appropriate fee. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES
If the document you require has been revealed:-
(a) on an Official Search – Please quote the Official Search number in all correspondence.
(b) on a search from a HIP or private search provider – Please provide full details of document required including date of Agreement, parties concerned, account numbers etc.
