Additional Parcels Of Land
Parcel of land means a piece of land in separate occupation, or separately rated, at the time of the requisition of search.
An additional parcel of land can be included in a single transaction only if it is separated by a road, railway, river, stream or canal. For each additional parcel of land there is a charge of £13.00
If your search does not follow the criteria above, then a separate search for each transaction will have to be submitted.
