Services for Council Tenants Affected by Property Demolition

As and when groups of houses are acquired, arrangements will be made for their demolition. As part of this action the Council intends to support residents in a number of ways, either by re-housing in social rented housing.

Demolition is very rare in Doncaster, and when it does occur it is usually part of regeneration work to a wider area. 

Those residents wishing to be re-housed into public sector rented accommodation will be given priority on the Housing Register. 

They may be able to choose to rent Council Housing or a property owned by any of the Registered Landlords in the town.
