Lighting - Council Communal Flats

St Leger Homes manage all housing stock on behalf of the Council and are responsible for repairs to communal areas within blocks of flats including stairs, door entry systems, communal lighting, landings, communal windows, courtyards and sheds.

Any tenant in the block of flats noticing a repair should report it to us as soon as possible. Once the work has been completed, the workman will attempt to get one of the tenants in the block to agree that the work has been completed - they may not go back to the original tenant that reported the repair.
