Reviewing our Decision
You can ask us to review a decision we have made regarding:
- your eligibility to join the register
- the number of points you have been awarded
- removing your name from the register
If you ask for a review, St Leger Homes of Doncaster will check that the lettings policy has been correctly applied. If an error has been made, we will apologise and put it right.
If we have not made a mistake, but you feel that you have grounds for an appeal, you will be asked to submit an appeal stating the grounds upon which you feel your appeal is based. A Manager who has not been involved in the original decision will investigate the appeal, and you will be advised in writing of the outcome.
If you wish to pursue matters further following your appeal, you can register a complaint under St Leger Homes Compliments, Comments and Complaints procedure.
