The HIA offers a Professional technical service to help older, disabled and vulnerable homeowners or private tenants to repair, improve, maintain or adapt their homes within the Doncaster Borough, assisting with the housing grant application procedure, including the provision of schedules, managing tenders, overseeing work and ensuring work is completed.
The prime purpose is to help people continue to live in their own homes in comfort, safety, security, maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through the type of service we offer.
