What do we do?

St Leger Homes of Doncaster manages around 21,000 properties on behalf of The Council.  These are a mixture of houses, flats, maisonettes, bungalows and sheltered housing for older people.  There are 4 management areas each with a main St Leger Homes office. These are open from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (Wednesday close at 4pm). Some areas also have smaller sub-offices based on estates. Most housing enquiries can be handled by the teams at the local St Leger offices. They can help you with:

• Ordering repairs
• Rent payments
• Rent arrears management
• Estate management including maintenance of communal or open areas and equipment
• Neighbour nuisance
• Renting a garage
• Tenant involvement
• Tenancy advice
• Approving tenant's improvements to their homes                                 

Your local St Leger office is your first point of contact if you wish to discuss any aspect of your tenancy, or you just want general advice about your housing situation.
