This vacant site is to be redeveloped by a housing association with a mix of 24 new homes.  This is a demonstration development project and is to be of a high design standard and will include well designed security features to discourage crime, enhance the streetscape of the area, give visual benefits to neighbouring properties and increase the range of affordable housing in the Mexborough area.
