Change of Address / Change in Circumstances Form

Please use this form to tell us about any changes which may affect your Council Tax.

For example, if you change address, if you buy or sell your property, or if another person moves into your household and you are in receipt of a single person discount.

If you cannot fill this form in, you may get someone else to complete it on your behalf. If this is not possible or you would prefer to speak to a member of staff you may provide the information required over the telephone by ringing Council Tax on 01302 734454.
