Appeals

As well as appealing against the band of your property you may also appeal about other Council Tax matters, for example:

• If we are charging you Council Tax and you do not think that you are the person who should pay;
  
• If you think you should get a discount and we are not giving you one;
  
• If you think your property should be exempt from Council Tax.              

If we make a decision about your Council Tax and you can appeal against it, we will tell you how to appeal when we give you the decision.
