Clearing blocked and flooded gully pots

Highway drainage gully pots are cleansed of debris and litter on a rolling programme.

Blocked and flooded gully pots are also cleared on an emergency basis.

How do I report blocked/flooded road gullies?

Please contact Customer Services.

You will be required to provide details of the problem, in particular:

• Accurate location
• Contact details
• Urgency - i.e., is it causing flooding of property or preventing flow of traffic along main route or safety problem (all higher priority) or is it a lower priority such as highway flooding on an estate road or just a gully that looks blocked but is not flooding, etc.
