Do I have to pay for the service?

Domestic households do not have to pay for this service. Business Premises are charged for this service. Our staff will be happy to arrange a clinical waste collection and disposal service should your business require this specialist service.

What do I do if my collection hasn’t been made?

Is it the normal collection day and not a holiday? Was there access to your property? We can contact the crew and if they have not reported any problems, your bin will be emptied by the end of the following day (including Saturday).
