Provision of new bin
If you are about to move to a newly built house, contact Customer Services using the details at the top of this page as soon as you know when you will be moving into your new house.
We will not deliver a wheeled bin to an empty property. You will be contacted and an appointment will be made for the delivery of your bin.
The same procedure should be followed if you move to a previously occupied house, and there is no wheeled bin available.
Replacing your bin if necessary
You may require a replacement wheeled bin if yours has been damaged.
If it only needs a new lid or wheels, we will repair it.
If it has been more seriously damaged, or stolen, we can deliver a new one.

If you live in a Council owned property, you will need to contact your local Housing Office and report the damage or loss of your bin.
