Permitted Installations in the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough
The Pollution Control Team are responsible for controlling the emissions to atmosphere of most of the industrial and commercial processes within the Borough. This is achieved by issuing a permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007.
A permit consists of a number of conditions that are written with regard to the Secretary of State's guidance notes on the techniques that are appropriate for the control of emissions to the environment.
By opening the attached document below, you can access a list containing all the industrial and commercial installations located within the Borough that are controlled by the local authority under the above legislation. The list is up to date as at October 2009.
