By supporting communities to help themselves, our aim is to get more people actively participating and organising sports and physical activities that meet the needs of their local area.
There is currently a Community Active Recreation Development Officer (CARDO) in Cantley & Bessacarr who will work with people and organisations to provide opportunities in this area
Active Doncaster also have a dedicated Community Officer who can support and help and support groups in communities to become more active or signpost them to suitable activities in their area.
