Tai Chi Chuan is a well-known Chinese exercise suitable for men and women of all ages.The Wu Chian Chuan style is one of five traditional systems of Tai Chi Chuan recognised in China. It has its world headquarters in Shanghai.
Its effects are felt inside the body and it works without the need for big, vigorous external movements. It is an interesting and enjoyable exercise that is excellent for developing good health and well-being.
The instructors - Martin Liddament and Fred Proctor - who both started learning in the mid 1970s, opened regular classes in Doncaster in 1998.
