The International association of Ryuuko karate was formed in Yorkshire in early 2005 before that Soke Ian Dermondy 4th Dan founded the style and school in London in April 2003. The South Yorkshire Martial Arts and Fitness schools run classes in Edlington, Stainforth and Maltby.
The school currently has around 89 members in Yorkshire with 5 schools.
