Doncaster Danum Scout District

Doncaster Scouts went mega in 2004 - bringing together all the four Districts into one main Doncaster Danum Scout District. Thousands of youngsters in the area are now members of the Worlds largest International youth movement.

Doncaster's Scout Groups number thirty in total and have a Scout Group in your area of the Borough. We are a uniform organisation with the discipline and code of conduct and respect for yourselves and others that brings.

We can do almost anything you'd like to try, including water fights in the rain, mud slides down a hill, custard fights etc! We canoe, bike, hike, climb, boat, sail, and fly, We are also into climbing hills to see what's at the top! We do camping in woods and under the stars. We teach you how to light, cook and eat near campfires.

We go to international camps to meet other Scouts from the rest of the World. We do Switzerland, Russia, Uganda or Canada - it's all up to you! Young people from the Borough have visited the World Scout Jamboree camps.

Bring your excitement and enthusiasm and try any scouting activity ... at least once!
