Rossington Sports Centre has officially opened its newly refurbished fitness studio. The fitness studio has undergone a £300,000 improvement programme that included extending and totally refurbishing the existing studio. We have installed the latest equipment from Technogyms excite range, a mixture of cardio vascular and resistance machines that come with inbuilt entertainment systems on all the CV equipment. You will have the luxury of watching your favourite programme or listen to your own music while exercising.
Each gym member will have his or her own wellness key system to operate the equipment. This key stores your own personal programme and also keeps a record of all your workouts and how you are progressing with your programme. Your programme will be specifically tailored to you requirements and re-assessed at regular stages.
