GREAT NEWS: Swimming is FREE for Doncaster residents* aged 16 or under or over 60 with a Champion Sports Pass or Leisure Card. Contact the centre for details

*You must pay your Council Tax to Doncaster to be eligible for free swimming

Essential disabled access improvements have been made and other work includes, the installation of a lift, renovations to the changing, toilet and reception facilities to improve access.   

Opened in 1971, the centre is located within the grounds of Edlington Comprehensive School and offers the following activities with the help of friendly, well-trained staff:

• Comprehensive Programme of Activities
• 4 Lane Swimming Pool
• External facilities include a surfaced Car Park shared with the adjoining school and the floodlit all-weather Games Area. The latter caters for Five-A-Side Football, Netball, Tennis and Hockey and is available for public use outside of normal school hours
• Central Reception Area catering for bookings, equipment sales and including a variety of vending machines
