Swimming - Is one of the best forms of exercise. We have a variety of sessions to cover everyone's needs and we cater for all ages and abilities. Enjoy your visit in a safe warm environment supervised by our fully qualified and friendly staff.

Swim 4 All - Open Swimming Sessions for everybody.
Parents n Tots - In the small pool. Children Aged 5 years and under only in the small pool.
Lane Swimming - Join us for your water training and toning needs, 3 lanes, slow/medium/fast - the choice is yours!
Please note: All over 60s + will participate in Activities for Free.
Under 16s will be allowed to participate in Swimming FREE OF CHARGE.
