We have Aerobics for the Beginner, Intermediate and Improver levels. Circuit classes are great for all over workouts, as well as specially designed classes to target those stubborn areas. GP Referrals are welcome and catered for in our specially designed low impact classes.
Studio Cycling is a great way to get fit without the worry of cycling on busy roads. Back classes are designed for those with specific back problems, however its gentle exercises means it can be of benefit to GP referral classes in general. Contact the GP referral consultant for details.
