Why are there Customer Service Centres?

You no longer need to go into the town centre to discuss issues which affect you in your neighbourhood. Simply call in to your new Customer Service Centre in your local community library. The centres provide you with a face-to-face, one stop shop for Council services in a welcoming and friendly environment.

What Services does a Customer Service Centre provide?

Visit the Customer Service Centre and talk to a fully trained customer advisor about your enquiry and you will find it is dealt with promptly.

• Community Safety - through Community Safety Wardens
• Computer services - free internet access, CD-Roms, Word Processing
• Dog Wardens
• FLAG - Fighting Litter, Abandoned Cars and Graffiti
• Grounds Maintenance - grass cutting, trees etc

A room is available where you will be able to discuss your business in private. If you run a community group or other organisation, why not book our meeting room so that your group can meet or access more advice at these centres.

There is also a Customer Service Centre at Colonnades House, Duke Street, Doncaster DN1 1ER (01302) 734666, and a reception at Central Library, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3JE (01302) 734470.

These provide the following services only:
