We have something to interest everyone in our collections. The amazing range of objects across our sites are the source of inspiration for our exhibitions and events programme, community projects and academic research.

Looking after our collections

Doncaster Museums and Galleries employs conservators to care for, conserve and prevent the deterioration of our collections. The conservators are also responsible for making sure all works or objects on display at any of our sites are displayed in the best possible conditions.

Adding to the Collections

The collections of Doncaster Museums and Galleries are changing all the time.  We are still actively collecting items through gifts, bequests and purchases.
