The Doncaster Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP) Partnership was established in 2003 by the forerunner to the Training & Development Agency for Schools (TDA) and is based on partnership working between Doncaster schools, the Local Authority (LA) and Doncaster College.
The Doncaster GTP Partnership is an accredited provider of Employment Based Initial Teacher Training (EBITT), which includes GTP, following an inpsection by the Office of Standards in Education (OfSTED) and subsequent official accreditation by the TDA in 2006.
Other EBITT providers offer GTP, but will have their own recruitment criteria, processes and deadlines, which may vary to those of the Doncaster GTP Partnership.
