Payment difficulties

If you are having payment difficulties, please contact the Sundry Debtors Team to discuss the problem (details are given on the 'How to contact the Sundry Debtors Team' web page).

Our recovery process often involves the collection of outstanding accounts through the County Courts, and this can mean that you have to pay additional costs as decided by the Courts. It is therefore in your best interests to contact us and let us know what the problem is as soon as possible.

If you cannot pay your invoice, do not wait until we have already started recovery action before letting us know you are having problems.
