This file format is used to store document with complex formatting that the authors would like to preserve (typically text in several columns and mixed with a number of graphics).
The documents are stored in a file format called Portable Document File (PDF). We create the files in various Adobe Acrobat versions. The latest version being version 6. The files can be viewed in Acrobat Reader version 4. You will need to download a copy of the Acrobat Reader software in order to view the document. This is free and the current download version is 6.

Once you have installed Acrobat Reader, click on the PDF file name on the page and once open within the browser save it to your local drive. You can then re-open the file directly into Acrobat Reader.
