Health and Social Care
Doncaster Council has a responsibility to support, care for and protect people in the community.
Across the borough, there are people with a wide range of health and social care needs, including elderly people leaving hospital and families in crisis. Our aim is to deliver safe and accountable services that help people with such issues. This includes promoting the well-being of children in need and looked after children, and enabling people to make choices and live independently.
We work with service users, the community and our partners. Our aims are to protect vulnerable people, deliver services to adults and children, and to address physical disability and mental health needs.
