Using the Public Information Point couldn’t be easier. Just touch the screen!

Each Point has been installed with the latest touch screen technology allowing everyone to take advantage of its interactive services.

High Speed Internet Connection

Each Public Information Point is connected via a High-Speed Broadband Internet connection making the Public Information Point extremely responsive and allowing it to provide you with the information you require in an instant!

Data Security Features

Users can be assured that each Public Information Point is equipped with the latest data security features thereby preventing any abuse of the service.

Resistant to malicious damage

The Public Information Points are constructed of steel and are composed of scratch resistant materials. They also contain other design features which prevent damage in order to maintain your community services.

Weather resistant design

External Public Information Points are resistant to the most extreme weather conditions and contain backlit screens and overhead lighting to improve visibility, improve ease of access and maintain 24/7 availability.

Maintenance

All Public Information Points are subject to regular physical and technical maintenance by engineers provided by their suppliers, CitySpace.

Each Point also has an on-board fault reporting capability. This means Public Information Points can diagnose problems themselves and report them immediately enabling an engineer to deal with the problem as swiftly as possible.
