How do I report that my local Public Information Point isn't working? 

Please email details, including location, to doncaster@cityspace.com or phone 0800 731 3699, Alternatively you can call the Customer Service Team on 01302 736000.

Who operates the Public Information Points? 

The Public Information Points are operated by a company called Cityspace Limited on behalf of Doncaster Council.

Are there any more Public Information Points being installed and if so where will they be? 

Your Council may be developing plans for additional Public Information Points should funding become available. Please call back regularly to see if the list on this page has changed. You can also phone (01302) 736000 to find out where the Public Information Points are.

How do I report that an Public Information Point is in a dangerous state and could injure someone or has offensive graffiti on it?
