Investigating complaints

The Local Government Ombudsmen investigate complaints about Councils. They aim to get the Council to put things right if they have gone wrong and if this has affected you directly.

Annual Letter

Doncaster Council receives an Annual Letter from the Local Government Ombudsman. The letter reports on complaints received against the council and dealt with by The Commission for Local Administration in England over the previous year. The letter may be downloaded from the link below.
