Doncaster Council takes the opinions of its residents very seriously and we have lots of different ways that people can express their views and opinions on how we are doing and what we plan to do.
Did you know, for example, that every Councillor has their own direct email address?
Customer Services provide a "single point of contact" where you can discuss issues which affect you in your neighbourhood. Email, ring or call into your Customer Service Centre where you will be greeted by a friendly, fully trained Customer Advisor who will take ownership of your enquiry wherever possible.
We often run specific consultation events where we ask people about specific services or plans, details of these can be found in this section.
