A member of the public can attend a meeting of Full Council and ask a question of the Mayor.
Your question must relate to a Borough-wide issue, or must be something for which the Authority is responsible.
A request to ask a question must be received in writing or by email, to the Office of the Managing Director at Floor 1, The Council House, College Road, Doncaster, DN1 3AJ by 12 Noon, at least 7 working days prior to the meeting at which you wish to speak. You need to specify your name and address and all questions should be clear, concise and in a summary format.
You will be notified if your request has or has not been accepted for the next meeting, and if it has, arrangements for attending and asking your question on the day will also be included.
As only 6 people can ask a question at each meeting, make sure you submit your question at the earliest opportunity so you don’t miss out!
However, you can only ask a maximum of 2 questions in any 6-month period.
