LDF - Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD)

Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD)

The Core Strategy, part of the Local Development Framework (LDF), sets out a spatial vision for the area, and key strategic objectives and strategic policies for development. It covers a range of topics, such as the economic well-being of the borough, Green Belt and flood risk areas and transport choices. It is Informed by issues raised through consultation and the Council's overall approach as set out in the Borough Strategy. A separate Waste Core Strategy has been prepared with Barnsley and Rotherham (known as the Joint Waste Plan).
