Later phases

Phases 2, 3 and 4

Subject to the signing of an appropriate development agreement, the following elements are planned for the later phases of the CCQ project.

• A new library and art showcase area that will provide residents with a range of first-class educational resources and the opportunity to view exhibitions from Doncaster’s creative community and other leading lights in the arts field.  
• A new, high quality swimming pool and leisure facility.
• Further town centre housing.
• Commercial offices.
• Additional parking provision to support the area.

• Further leisure-related developments.
