Licensing Act 2003 - Applications received for review of Premises Licenses

Information relating to applications for a review of a licence issued under The Licensing Act 2003 are available to view below, after they have been received by the authority. (The information will only be available when a licensed premise is under review).

Representations must be made in writing to:

The Licensing Register can be viewed at the above address Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. Telephone 01302 737590.

Once a premises becomes under review, there is a 28 day period where the authority is open to receive representations / comments from responsible authorities and any other person / persons.

How to apply for a review of a Premises Licence

If you wish to apply for a review of a Premises licence or Club premises certificate you can complete the form 'Application for the Review of a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate' attached to this page, (in Word or Pdf) and return it to the address at the top of the page.
