Licensing Enforcement Officers

The Licensing Service has specialist enforcement officers whose role it is to enforce the licenses issued by the department.

The enforcement officers’ duties include licensed vehicle and driver checks, enforcing the conditions stated on a premises licence, conducting investigations following complaints received from members of the public and prosecuting offenders.
