Responsibilities

The Council's Major Projects Team offer a step change to the delivery of physical development projects. Their primary role is to deliver regeneration and development projects in line with corporate objectives. This is and will continue to be achieved via cross boundary working, challenging traditional ways of working, providing innovative delivery solutions and creating a service with a can do attitude. Specific key areas of focus for the Major Projects Team will include:
